Uses:Calcium lactate, white granules or powder, soluble in hot water, insoluble in ethanol, ether or chloroform; is a good supplement of calcium and an ideal additive for calcium fortified foods; has the functions of reducing capillary permeability, maintaining normal excitability of nerves and muscles, assisting in the prevention and treatment of allergic diseases, maintaining vigorous energy and physical strength; and also has the functions of dissolution. It can be used in medicine to treat calcium deficiency and allergic diseases, and also as a coagulant.
